Donna Olah-Reiken is the founder and CEO of Preferred Business Management Solutions, LLC. She brings decades of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, information systems, project management and business operations to her work with individuals, families and small businesses.
Before launching her firm in 2012, Donna held positions with organizations including the Securities Industry Automation Corporation, the New York City Parks Department and Data Study. Throughout her career, she has overseen complex financial operations and managed budgets of up to $300 million.
Donna grew up working in her family’s small retail business on Long Island, where she developed an early appreciation for entrepreneurship, financial responsibility and the importance of dependable back-office support.
Her academic and professional background includes:

– Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from Pace University
