• Identify and utilize money management program suitable for purpose (e.g., QuickBooks; other accounting or personal finance programs)
• Coordinate and reconcile all accounts regularly for real-time transparency
• Secure online access to all accounts (view-only or other level, as desired)
• Manage payables/pay all bills on time, credit card balances always available and up to date
• Work with financial advisors, accountants, other professionals as needed to ensure all information is available for taxes, estate planning, budgets and annual reports
• Organize recordkeeping so key information and important documents are secure and readily available; clutter becomes a thing of the past
• Help handle the red tape in every situation—insurance, medical, legal, contracts; even auto registration!
